Peaks is currently available by invitation only, to a private cohort. Access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Peaks is a research product. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, financial planning, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. All investment decisions remain yours. All investments carry risk, including the risk of losing your principal.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the Service;
• use the Service for unlawful purposes;
• access the Service by automated means, except as we expressly permit.

All content, software, and branding associated with the Service are the property of Peaks Labs, Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or specific results. Financial results in particular depend on market conditions outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peaks Labs, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of capital, profits, or data.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active users. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
